I took up the saxophone as a mature student and quickly became obsessed with the instrument. Within a short period I went to Leeds Music College and also became involved in various local bands. I am a practising musician and often find my weekends taken up with performing. I love teaching people of all ages and sharing my passion for the instrument and music. I also teach and play the flute to a high standard.

I believe in tailoring my teaching to suit the individual needs. We all have different methods of learning. I charge £11 for 3/4 hour and £14 per hour. I have had some wonderful successes with students who have take the ABRSM grade exams
